I had my first Peruvian coffee last month and enjoyed its smoothness very much. Until then, and after reading this delightful and informative article, I knew little to nothing about the coffee industry in Peru. I buy all my coffee in whole beans, hand grind then brew them myself to ensure a level of consistency between the many coffees from world over that I sample in my coffee explorations. Peruvian coffee is now a coffee I look forward to buying again in the future!
